The receiver is a Hammarlund HQ-129-X. The band-spread and main tuning knobs are not original.
The aluminum aircraft radio is difficult to tell without better photo-definition but appears identical to one I have here in TV which is a BC-458 tuning from 5 – 7mhz which was often used as a VFO for rigs designed with a 9mhz carrier oscillator. That would make sense as the transmitter appears to be homebrew. Rather than design & build a VFO, just spend $5.00 for a BC-458. Central Electronics (CE) had a set of instructions to modify the “458 for VFO operation with their CE-10A (the world’s first commercially available amateur sideband rig) and the CE-20 line. I have a CE-10A up North with a “458 and am currently working on a 20A here which will have the modified BC-458 added in the Fall.
Wonderful stuff, hollow state! Just don’t stick your fingers inside the case while operating ☹

I can’t speak for the transmitter (on the right), but the receiver is a Hammarlund HQ-129X.
