[TVARC] PSK 31

It's been a couple of years since I've been on
PSK31. Since that time, Windows has gone
thru a few upgrades and things just don't work
as they used to.

Is there anyone using Digipan with a rig that
has a built in soundcard (i.e. Elecraft K3) and
the latest version of Windows 10?
