[TVARC] Case sensitive URL

I took Skywarn training via a webinar yesterday and at the end they gave us a URL to complete registration and receive the material.  The presenter noted that the URL was case sensitive.  I've tried multiple browsers and some googling on how to get to a case sensitive URL with no success.  Every time the browser converts it all to lower case.  Any advice?  The registration URL was given as:
