[TVARC] August Weekend Sprintathon using our new SKCC Number

Hi Bob
I changed the way to get on the list.
They have to email me first.
I put Dennis in the slot he wanted.
The list is still displayed at wb2art.com/SKCC so everyone knows what is
taken.
