[TVARC] Contest Gavel

At our last TVARC meeting (and first in-person, hooray!), our president Mike
allowed me to take home for safe-keeping the 2019 ARRL Ten-Meter Contest
Gavel for the First place among Local Clubs.  The Local Club category is for
clubs with 10 or fewer entries.

 

Thanks goes to Frank, KA1AF, who worked through the ARRL to ensure the
needed paperwork got into their hands.

Check out page 5 and 6 for the Club Competition story.  (You might also
check out the Top Ten Scores on page 12 under the Single Op, Mixed Mode, Low
Power category, but this is not required.)

 

Scores were turned in by K3ZGA, N4FP, and N0SMX.  If anyone else also
participated, let us know.  Those were the only club calls listed on the
3830scores.com site.

 

Attached is the letter from ARRL, and a picture of the engraving on the
gavel.
