Yes, I used Malcom a few years ago to repair my aging Icom 706Mkiig.  He was very thorough and did a great job at a VERY reasonable price.  I believe the charge was $80.  I will note that Malcom is VERY busy, so the turn around time for my rig was over a month.  I am a satisfied customer and would turn to him again.  Hope this helps.
