[TVARC] Slow Morse Code Practice/Contest Tonight

 Some of you are probably already aware of this, but some have
expressed interest in learning CW or knocking the rust off.

There is a one hour contest tonight that is less than 20 wpm and probably
much less than 15 wpm.
