[TVARC] Art Weir, NY4C, SK

I learned from Art's daughter, Susan Moody, that Art passed away from
COVID-19 last week.  I did not know Art, but he was a member of TVARC for
several years, up to and including 2019.  Susan told me that Art was working
on getting cabling installed for a new flagpole antenna before he contracted
the virus.  I offered TVARC's assistance if Susan needs help with anything.

RIP Art!
