This one is getting to be a popular contest with the addition of FT4 and
FT8 last year.  It would have been nice if the sunspot levels were like
we had a couple months ago for more DX but hopefully they will perk up
for the ARRL CW contest next month.  Not as many Qs this year as last but
more efficient.
