[TVARC] ICOM 7300 users ver 1.40

Good morning IC-7300 users. Periodically Icom will produce firmware updates
for various pieces of equipment.  Well a new firmware version is out for
the IC-7300. It provides several upgrades for various functions. I did a
Google search for Icom 7300 firmware update and it's straight forward from
there. I did watch a you tube video on how to do the upgrade properly, and
it worked well.
