[TVARC] TVARC Zoom meeting for newly-licensed hams

 I am an old fart ham but always learning, please include me.  - Would like to learn what we have as far as workable antenna's in our HOA (never lived in one before) currently have a 40' tower with a T11, Hex beam, 160, 80, 60, 40, and 30 dipole's approx. 60' up 
- Starting to build satellite antenna.  - Like to contest and do SSB on 160, 75, 40

Greetings to all TVARC members, especially those of you who are newly-licensed and wondering what do you do now.

At the November club meeting we announced that I would hold occasional meetings via Zoom to answer questions, give advice,

and provide some practical knowledge about how to get on the air, what equipment you might need, how to make a contact, etc.

I am targeting January 12 for the first such meeting.  It will start at 5:30 and run for about an hour.

The specific details about the meeting, including the Zoom link, will be sent out in a few days, but, before I do that, I would like to hear from those of you who would plan to attend, and what kinds of information you would find most interesting and helpful.  I am looking for topics that would be of general interest to newly-licensed hams.  So, what do you say?
