Ron,

Glad to hear from you again.  You had a chance to see my antenna setup a
few weeks ago.  Since I'm only a few blocks from you, I can take a look
at your situation and make some suggestions.  Because of the covenant and
property restrictions, keeping a low profile is necessary which usually
means low wire antennas or a vertical discreetly hidden as a flagpole. 
Plan on getting a good tuner since it is unlikely you will be able to get
a perfectly tuned antenna in place.  A tuner also helps to allow you the
possibility to operate on other bands.
