[TVARC] Strange object

I believe it looks like, one of those voting machines that was used in the 2020 election that proved to be problematic.

We saw this strange object in our travels. Knowing that all of you are technically wise, or at least seem to be, I ask you:
Is this an ancient alien relic?
Perhaps a transmission device?
A roadside god to whom one makes offerings?
A sacrificial device for the gods for which a small living offering is deposited and food of the gods is released thru the smaller openning.
Certainly it is not something occurring naturally!
It appears to have been recently erected. Could it be an energy transmission device into which fuel is deposited and energy is radiated exponentially?
Any comments or observations would be heartily appreciated. Maybe someone can comment at tomorrow night’s meeting.
Do tell!
