You may be interested in the ARRL’s recent news announcement regarding "Hurricane Ida."  CURRENTLY, this storm poses NO DANGER to CENTRAL FLORIDA.  However, it may pose grave danger to Louisiana (and adjacent Gulf Coast areas).
