[TVARC] ARRL DX CW

[K2PS Pete Stafford]

Did I miss the congratulations for K2DM, and his win in February's ARRL DX
CW Contest?  First place Single Op QRP US/Canada.  And it wasn't close!

 

I was just catching up on my QST reading, and there it was in the August
issue.  And correct me if I'm wrong, but didn't he win it last year too?
