[TVARC] WAE CW W3US Single Op HP

This has to be one of the wackiest contests even concocted.  Basically, the DX station sends the European station a list of the last 10 QSOs.  Easy for us, but quite difficult for them.
We are headed out of town this weekend, so my goal was to test the remote and complete the max allowed QTCs.  I cannot even imagine how this works on RTTY.
