[TVARC] New Version JTAlert

I, too, had some issues with 2.50. Some error messages keep popping up when I attempt to launch it. The new Dot Net 5 was installed as per the requirement prior to installing 2.50, and after getting the error messages with 2.50 I tried reinstalling 2.50, and then tried “repairing the Dot Net install. All to no joy. Originally had 2.16.16, and decided to install the newer 2.16.17 available.

No issues after 2.16.17 went in.

Running Win10 Pro on desktop PC.
