[TVARC] Windows 10 Mail question

A handful of weeks ago, my contacts file for Windows 10 Mail got hosed for ONE email address:  TVARC at mailman.qth.net.
Since then, every time I try to address an email to the reflector, it defaults to the hosed address.  I can’t find said  contacts file, so I can’t delete the hosed address.  If I try typing in the email address of the reflector, it defaults to the hosed address.  If I try to edit the hosed address after Windows 10 Mail has politely populated the To: field with it, I am not allowed to.
Yes, of course I have googled this issue, and everything points me to a People feature.  This is allegedly where the contact list resides.  NOT.  My People feature is blank.
BTW, on my iPhone, where I have an actual contacts list, the reflector email is NOT hosed.  Go figure.
If you have any REAL suggestions on how to fix this, I would appreciate them.  Please do not suggest that I switch to a different email application, or that I dump Windows for Apple.
