[TVARC] D1DX

I believe Donetsk is the area of eastern Ukraine that had been invaded by the Russians around the time they took Crimea.

Folks, 

 

Does anyone know anything about D1DX, 

supposedly the unrecognized "Peoples 

Republic of Donetsk?" 

 

I've seen them on FT-8 for the past several 

days, just worked him on 20M FT-8. QRZ 

doesn't recognize it, I got the Donetsk 

info from Google.
