Larry:
No formal skeds with the astronauts themselves. Occasionally over the years, an astronaut has picked up a microphone and made a few random, unannounced QSO's but it's extremely rare. Not that they are not allowed but the flyers are just too busy. The ham radios on board (Kenwood D710G) are mainly for ARISS school contacts, but with the COVID situation, there are none currently scheduled over the US. There is a crossband repeater (437 down, 146 up) that is supposed to be active all the time but hasn't been lately. There is also 2meter packet system that is functioning. The APRS system status is unknown. More details at AMSAT.org.
