[TVARC] Guess Who Lives in TV?

I was on 17 meter FT8 a short time ago when I saw the callsign NK7U
echoed on my screen.  It shows that he is in the EL88 grid square.  I
recognized the call as belonging to Joe Rudi, former catcher for the
Oakland As.  Joe has/had a large contest station in OR and I wonder if he
sold it.  With the contest season underway, it doesn't make sense for him
to be in TV if he still maintains it.

QRZ.COM says he lives on Zientara Loop which is in the Southern Oaks area
off route 501.
