[TVARC] FT-8 changes

With the General Release version of WSJTx
software coming out shortly, (version 2.2.0)
one of the changes will be the adding of four
additional recommended 3KHz subbands
on 40, 30, 20 and 6 meters.

While these additions *should* be automatic for
everyone using CAT controlled transceivers
who do the version 2.2 upgrade, for those of
you who can't, or for some reason don't,
attached please find a new frequency chart
replacing the one I put out last August.

The Clubs Field Day plans will be finalized
and sent out shortly after the next board
meeting on the 4th of June.
