[TVARC] jt alerts

GM all,

It seems like after the last Windows update,
that you can't close JT Alerts by clicking in
the "X" box in the upper right corner of the
screen like any other Windows program. The
only way I know of closing it is going to Task
Manager and shutting it down that way which
works, but just seems unnecessarily cumbersome.

Anybody know of a fix for this?
