[TVARC] March minutes and presentation

Clubmates,
The TVARC board held its March meeting before the Coronavirus shut everything down. We also had a very successful end to the winter license classes, and began to make progress on The MS Walk, Radio Rodeo and Field Day.
So our club secretary, K3ZGA, wrote up the board meeting minutes, and we all put together a PowerPoint presentation much like what we would have presented at the March meeting.
