[TVARC] K2TE, ARRL SSB DX SOAB HP

I put in about 12 hours for the contest, starting late Saturday morning. 
I found Saturday to be fairly good on 20 and 15, although there were few
Europeans making it through on 15.  Sunday was a slog for most of the day
until 40 open the last couple of hours.

The Splatter King Award goes to TI7W.  He was incredibly strong
everywhere, both on-frequency and 2 kHz either side.  He must have
stacked beams on each band with multiple KW amps/band, hi.
