[TVARC] 13 Colonies Special Event 2020

Well, that was not too difficult. Mixed bands, but all FT8. Started late
last night, about 11:30.
The last two hold outs was NC, and the Brit. I got the Brit late this
afternoon, went out to Publix to pick up some stuff, and then came back and
NC was waiting for me.

John,

Regarding the GB13COL station, I remember that last year they were a PITA
to work since they predominantly stayed on 40 SSB.  I got them last night
on 40 FT8 right after 0000Z.  Most of my contacts have been on FT4/FT8. 
Only need K2C (CT) for the sweep.
