[TVARC] Silent Key Resurrected!

I was surfing around on 40 meter FT8 tonight when I saw the call K0TV
scroll up.  The call belonged to Jerry, a close friend from NH with whom
I contested for many years.  Jerry became a Silent Key in 2015 so I
wondered if someone was bootlegging the call.  I worked the guy and
checked QRZ.COM and found out the call was reissued to a guy in MO.  Wait
til I tell him I worked him with K0TV's K3, hi.
