[TVARC] DXCC and DX CW

Time to start getting your DXCC, WAS, and FT8/4 totals in prior to the
Thursday meeting.

 

But this weekend offers a great opportunity to add to those totals with the
ARRL DX CW contest, starting at 7P tonight.
