[TVARC] Board Meeting Thursday Feb 6

Hi all,

We have guests staying with us Thursday
evening so I will plan to attend the board
meeting very briefly.

FWIW, I vote AGAINST the dues increase,
I vote AGAINST the club credit card, I vote
AGAINST getting rid of the storage locker.

New subject:

We recently wound up throwing away a
number of expensive license manuals that
were out of date. So I suggest we do the
following in the future;

That we give every prospective candidate
who signs up, a piece of paper reminding
them of when the class is, a contact phone
number and where to get the manuals so
the club doesn't have to stock them.

Could we put that on the agenda please?
