[TVARC] Board Meeting Thursday Feb 6

Clubmates,
The next meeting of the TVARC Board of Directors will be this Thursday, Feb 6, at 6:00PM in the Station 44 conference room.

The agenda will include planning for the February General Membership Meeting, at which we will have a raffle, a silent auction, an election of officers, and a vote on proposed changes to the club’s Constitution and Bylaws.
Additional agenda items include a number of proposals regarding dues, storage of club inventory, and the club’s treasury by Bruce, WA1UTQ, the club’s Treasurer.

All club members are welcome to attend.
