[TVARC] Article about TVARC license classes

Kudos to Brad, KN9B, for getting this announcement in The Villages News.com.
Brad is setting up to run a Technician class and a General class starting in
January.  I do not subscribe to this emailed newsletter.  The first I heard
about the article was from a friend in Melbourne, FL.  Go figure.
