Keep in mind that there is a height limit for flagpoles in TV.  I believe
it is 22 feet.  I used this as a stipulation when I looked around for a
multiband vertical.  I settled on the Hygain 6BTV.  It fits inside PVC
irrigation pipe with a hole in the top cap for the 80-meter whip.  (The
Village vigilantes haven't fussed about it after four years.)  The PVC
also allows you to add fittings to use it as a bonafide flagpole.

DXEngineering makes mounts for the antenna that fold over for ease of
installation and maintenance.  Also a good way to lower the antenna when
a hurricane threatens us.
