[TVARC] Flag pole verticals

Nothing to it-no construction permit.  You take a cy of your site plan, and put an "X" where you intend to put the pole.  All Comm Stds is looking for is that it's not in a easement.  In my case, I had to put it 7.5 ft in from my back yard boundary with the common area.
