[TVARC] TQSL 64-bit Version (beta available now; production release soon)

A TQSL version that supports 64-bit operating systems (MacOS & Windows)
will soon be released.  A candidate (beta) version is already released.
Thus, those upgrading to Apple’s Catalina (MacOS 10.15.x) will soon have a
production (non-beta) 64-bit version of the ARRL’s LoTW TQSL software.  See
