[TVARC] LoTW

I just tried to upload my stuff to LoTW from this weekend, and I am having issues with the upload and download. No trouble with eQSL.cc.

Anybody still having troubles with LoTW besides me?

I’ve up loaded to LoTW a couple of times that didn’t go. Tried again later and they went through. Maybe it’s a volume issue with their server? Try again about 3AM!

Yep I've been trying to up load a bunch of state qp contacts. EQSL, CLUB LOG fine LOTW gives errors...
