Just got off the radio (the Polish contest!) and I’m amazed by how many of you read and responded to that article.  Must have a bit of boredom out there.  But yes, a very interesting guy.

 

I found his callsign too, N2KS, as Chuck pointed out, and I wondered what his original NYC callsign might have been since I grew up in that area.  Couldn’t find that, but I did find the callsign of a buddy he mentioned, Richard Factor, and I did find his call which is still WA2IKL, who I’ve worked a bunch of times, dating back to 1964.  So I might have known the original N2KS.
