[TVARC] Silent Auction at September 19th Meeting

As previously announced, TVARC will hold a silent auction of donated equipment at the September 19th General Membership Meeting.  Please do not bring personal items to sell at this meeting.

The auction will begin as soon as we can set up at the back of the meeting room.  It will end PROMPTLY at 6:45 PM.  The winners will be asked to pay in the next ten minutes, after which the General Membership Meeting will commence.  Only cash or personal check will be accepted for payment.  Volunteers will be present to explain the procedure for a silent auction for those members who are not familiar.

Here are the items that will be included in the auction –
-Yaesu FT-747GX HF transceiver, box, manual, mic, DC cord (receives but doesn’t transmit)
-Kenwood TM-251A 2M transceiver, mobile bracket, box, manual/schematic, mic, DC cord (works)
-Yaesu FT-470 VHF/UHF handi-talkie, box, mic, charger, spare battery, leather case (works with alkaline battery pack, but NiCad pack doesn’t hold a charge)
-Astron RS-20A regulated power supply (works)
-AEA Pakratt 232 packet modem, mic cord, manual and lan-link binder (untested)
-Siltronix desk mic, 4-pin connector (untested)
-Kenwood PC-1 phone patch controller, manual (untested)
-Brass straight key on wood
-2M magnet mount whip antenna (untested)
-Magnet mount with stubby duck antenna (untested)
-Box lot #1:
	Coax jumper, PL-259 to BNC
	Gray coax RG-8X foam, ~25 feet
	Belden RG-58 foam coax jumper, ~18 inches
	Miscellaneous Amphenol coax, ~15 feet, no connectors
-Box lot #2:
	80/40M dipole on metal spool
	Kenwood PG-5A data cable in box
	Radio Shack 6-foot printer cable 9-pin to 25-pin
	DC power cord with mobile type plug
	Mono cable 1/8 inch plug to RCA phono plug
	Small diagonal cutters
	9V battery clips plus 9V battery holder
	Alligator clip leads
	Loudspeaker, 6-inch diameter, mounted to a cardboard box
	Loudspeaker in a wood box with a handle
	Kenwood Ham Windows software in box, 3.5-inch disks
