[TVARC] VE exam session canceled

In keeping with George/K2DM's earlier announcement that the Technician level
classes are canceled; I wish to announce the cancelation of the
corresponding VE exam session that was scheduled to follow.

For those of you that were planning on upgrading this month can either wait
for our October 30th session, or go to the ARRL search page
<http://www.arrl.org/find-an-amateur-radio-license-exam-session>
http://www.arrl.org/find-an-amateur-radio-license-exam-session, and plug in
your search criteria to find another test location.

Depending on how far you are willing to travel, you can find an exam almost
weekly.
