[TVARC] K2TE, JARTS RTTY 2019 Contest

I wasn't planning to operate a lot in this contest but the WX had other
ideas.  Years ago it was fun when we had sunspots.  Today, it is a real
slog to work stations.  I managed 95 Qs in six hours.  A great rate if
one is operating JT65.  Anyway, it gave me something to do waiting for
propagation to VP6R to favor me, hi.
