[TVARC] 2018 RAC Winter Contest: K4QR's "BRAG!"

Hi Members of TVARC's Maillist,

Just received my (K4QR) certificate for winning *1st Place in US Call Area
4* in last year's "RAC Canada Winter" contest, which was held on 29
December 2018 (UTC). It's an annual contest sponsored by the Radio Amateurs
of Canada (RAC).

This year's (2019) RAC Winter Contest will be held on December 28, 2019.
