[TVARC] Sign up for the Holiday/Christmas party

Hello TVARC Members,

The invitation and sign-up form for this year’s TVARC Holiday/Christmas party is now available on the TVARC website, thanks to our webmaster, Rich, ND4G.  This year we are using an application called Punchbowl for members to sign up AND to indicate what they would like to bring for the buffet.  You will see that there are a specific number of slots available for members to sign up to bring items like vegetables, salads, potatoes, rolls, soda (pop), desserts, etc.    Once a category is full, we would appreciate it if you would select a different category.  A complete review of signing up and indicating what you will bring will be presented at the club meeting on November 21.

So, where do you sign up?
- Start by going to the TVARC website:
www.k4vrc.com
- Then select “Sign Up for Activities” on the top line of the home page.
- Then select “Holiday/Christmas Party 2019” from the drop-down list to see the party announcement.
- Begin signing up by clicking on the bottom line of the announcement where it says “Click here…”
- Open the invitation.
- Follow the steps to sign up, then to indicate what you will bring for the buffet.
