Hello All,
Just back from Alaska ( literally one hour ago).
I have a gokit Icom 7300 with tuner. I offer it for Field Day use if you so desire. It can be used for ft8 or SSB. My computer (a Macintosh) is setup with MacLoggerDX.

> Our first planning meeting was held on Tuesday, May 28. We decided that this years theme will be simple and basic with minimized set-up. Therefore, at present, we are going with a single station using club equipment. This station will primarily be operating SSB at 100W using the club TS-450S.
> The antenna situation is preliminary and will require membership support. George is offering the use of his Cushcraft A3 triband yagi with a 40M add-on. In addition, there will be an 80 dipole added to give this station 80 thru 10M coverage.
> The committee would like to have a second station to give more members a good chance to operate during Field Day. However, additional help will be required as outlined in our requests below.

> The committee would like to have a second station for Field Day. Therefore, we are looking for a person to volunteer a rig and associated equipments for use during Field Day. If someone comes forward, we would plan to use that equipment for the primary station operating SSB on 80 through 10. A person volunteering use of a Power Amp running 500W would also be nice. The committee needs to know asap about rig and power amp.
> If someone volunteers the equipment above, then we would operate the club equipment (450S) as an FT8 station with the club G5RV antenna. Under these circumstances, we would need someone to provide an external tuner.
> Ladies Time - last year, we dedicated time for the lady hams to operate the primary station. If someone would step forward and lead the ladies again, time would be allocated for them.
> George, K2DM, has offered the use of his triband yagi with the 40M add-on. We need a volunteer to pick up the antenna and deliver it to the site.
> We need someone to provide and deliver an extension ladder to allow access to the roof of the van for antenna installation on the tower and subsequent removal.
> We need a volunteer to purchase and deliver bottles of water and deliver them to the site Friday evening. They will be reimbursed by the club.
> We also need a person to head a small group of volunteers for the assembly of the triband yagi on Friday night and the subsequent mounting of the yagi and the 80M dipole on Saturday morning.

> We ask for the above help in order to make this another memorable Field Day for the club. Anyone able to volunteer for any of the items above can contact any one of the committee members or simply reply to this email.
