I really hate SSB contests.  But I can't stay away.  With low power and
you-know-about-our-antennas, it is really a grind at times.  I did find an
opening here and there, like this afternoon on 10m.  Could actually go up
and down the band and have an expectation that most of what I hear can hear
me and work me.  Even had a mini-run on 40 this morning with six stations
answering my CQ in rapid succession, including Rich, W8RCW.  No other
TVARCers worked or heard all weekend.
