[TVARC] Smoke Detectors

It is very much true that the detectors have to be periodically replaced as I had to replace all of mine at about the 5 year point. They only go bad at night and it’s really difficult to pinpoint which one is bad without taking them down one at a time. It’s a hassle enough if it’s just the battery. The worst ones are the ones that only chirp after an hour or 2.   It’s much easier to replace the entire bunch in the daytime.
