[TVARC] FT8 Article

I fully agree that some discipline needs to be incorporated into FT8 operation. For it to work, it would probably have to come from the FCC. Look at what has happened to recommendations so far. 
1. Low Power - abused
2. Fox & Hound Mode - abused (both by frequency and by non-DX expeditions. 
3. Frequency usage - who has not had stations transmitting on top of them?? Listen before transmit went out the window a while ago. Not talking about stations that accidentally double with you (propagation changes). Talking about people that do not listen for two cycles. 

Would love to see some discipline but self-discipline is not working.
