[TVARC] Strange Calls on FT8.

I wonder if anyone has been called out of the blue by strange stations on
FT8.  I've had recent calls from stations listing a grid square in the
middle of the South Atlantic near ZD9.  Each station used what appears to
be a legitimate callsign, signing "/R R".  However, a check in QRZ.com
comes up with nothing.  One was a US call and the other was Viet Nam. 
Today, I had a call on 30 meters from XX8AOX in grid square DM83 (NM/TX
area) even though I had unsuccessfully called a station from Poland just
once.  An XX9 prefix is Macao.  A legitimate station in the ocean should
sign as /MM.
