[TVARC] Sign up form for Radio Rodeo

Folks, it has been brought to my attention that George/K2DM already announced about Radio Rodeo this April. What he should have stated was to sign up on the website “when the signup form is available”. Please watch for it. I will also put out an announcement here, on the reflector, after the page is published on the website.
