Judging from the soapbox comments I've seen, it is unanimous that
conditions stunk.  The more sunspots go down, the more whining there is
about SSB, hi.  With my lousy hearing I've never been fond of listening
to Donald Duck dubbed in accented English bobbing in and out of
audibility.  OK, that's my whine.  I found the European big guns were
often an S5 or worse.  The good news: the Caribbean, Central America, and
the top half of South America were LOUD here, hi.

A peek at the 3830 score rumors show a lot of stations were down in Qs.
