[TVARC] T31EU Central Kirib ati

T31EU is on FT8 17M operating both as Fox and normal. Mostly Fox mode.
I worked them normal and they are still on.

Yesterday, I worked them and their grid locator showed as AI47 which is Central Kiribati.
Today, the grid locator shows as RJ61, which is Marshall Islands (nearby).

Any ideas????

The call has not changed - it is still a Central Kiribati call but the grid is different.

Can find nothing on the internet since late Feb.
