[TVARC] FD FT8 QRGs

I suspect the post is implying that FD stations won't get the required
exchange if they use the standard frequencies.  Good idea to separate them.
Hopefully FD FT8 operators will be aware of the new locations.

Not sure what the post means by "You will not be able to work non FD mode
